However, there are terms and conditions that apply to your use of this site and any orders that you place using this site. USE OF YOUR PASSWORD You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and the password to your account if you choose to create an account on shop.mediacy.com. You accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account with your password, including, but not limited to, all orders placed with Media under your account with your password. Media will ship all orders received under your account with your password according to the terms and conditions herein, and according to the terms and conditions of any written contract with Media if there is such a contract. RETURN POLICY No items will be accepted for return without a Return Authorization Number. Media reserves the right to inspect returned goods for damage or wear, and based upon the condition of the goods, either deduct an appropriate amount from the refund or credit, or refuse to accept the item for return. If a customer requesting a return has an outstanding balance with Media, Media may deduct the refund from that balance instead of issuing a refund. Media does not permit returns for reseller stock rotation. Resellers will be notified of upgrades and upgrade policies. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact Media Cybernetics' Customer Service Department at + 1 301-495-3305 extension 1, or CustomerService@mediacy.com. You will be asked to provide the serial number of the unit(s), your purchase order number and/or Media Cybernetics' Order Number, and the reason for the return.
